I first started using a computer in 1980 when I was in first grade. It was the first IBM PC, formally known as the IBM Model 5150, was based on a 4.77 MHz Intel 8088 microprocessor and used Microsoft´s MS-DOS operating system. I entered dos commands into the computer to create shapes on the screen. It was a black screen with bright green print. It was often paired with the dot matrix printer.
