How do you celebrate holidays? Our family is a little different than most. We celebrate most Christian holidays because of tradition but we also celebrate some other holidays. Who are your favorite people to be around? My favorite people to be around are my husband, my children, my mother and my BFF. Those are the people that bring me joy. Even if it’s sitting around watching Food Network or an occasional movie, just being with my loved ones brings me so much joy.

Can you share a positive example of where you’ve felt loved? A positive example of love. That’s easy. I feel love every day. When I catch my husband staring at me for no reason and I ask what and he says I’m cute. Or the way my 27 year old says mother every five minutes

Think back on your most memorable road trip. My most memorable road trip was when I was about 8. My mother, my aunt and uncle and I hopped into a big car and went from Nebraska to Florida over about three days. We stayed overnight in some questionable hotels. We spent a day at Disney

What is the greatest gift someone could give you? The greatest gift someone could give me or has given me is love. It’s the love my children have for me and show me every day. It’s the love my husband gives me and expresses with small things. It’s the love my mother has for me
