The number one thing that makes a good leader is to not ask someone to do something you’re not willing to do yourself. If you’re not willing to get in there and get your hands dirty with everyone else, you have no right to ask it of someone else. The other thing that I think makes a good leader is to know how to do all the jobs that need to be done. That gives you the ability to sit down with someone and show them exactly what needs to be done. That makes them a better worker.
